I usually don't eat anything with a face
Hey everyone,
This morning I feel completely out of energy, I've got a pretty bad cold.. and I'm wondering who gave this to me. My guess is my 2 year old nephew, but he's so cute so I can't really blame him.
Anyway I stayed home from school today(I only had one lesson so it's not that bad), and I made one of my favourite breakfasts-
Raw food vegan yogurt, with a face *giggle*.

For me this is a really good start in the morning, it's like an energi booster.
And it's not that hard to make, it takes a little time yes, but it's completely worth it.
This one in the picture is a blueberry, raspberry yogurt with almond milk. (In this particular recipe I used swedish measure)

This is for 2 portions
Ingridients:
For the "yogurt" or "rawgurt" as some call it.
0.75dl soaked buckwheat (for 8 hours)
0.5dl soaked sunflower seed
2-3dl frozen berries of own choice (I used 2dl blueberries and 1 dl raspberries)

0.5dl soaked sunflower seed
2-3dl frozen berries of own choice (I used 2dl blueberries and 1 dl raspberries)
1 frozen banana
1-2tbsp coconut nectar, or sweetner of choice
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
0.5dl plant based milk of own choice (For this one I used almond milk)

1/2 tsp vanilla powder
0.5dl plant based milk of own choice (For this one I used almond milk)
Topping of own choice, I used fresh blueberries, fresh raspberries, pumpkind seeds, sunflower seeds, dried apricot, almonds and a little bee pollen.
You'll also need a food prossesor for this recipe as well.
Directions:
Rinse of and soak the seeds for about eight hours in preferably filtered water. I usually do it before I go to bed so it's not 8 hours exactly.
After the soaking time rinse the seeds again and put them in the a food processor prefarably a high speed and mix the ingridients together with the sweetening of choice and vanilla powder and let it blend for a while untill it becomes smooth and creamy.
Add the frozen banana and continue to blend until a soft consistensy.
Add in the berries and continue to blend. When it becomes "yougurtish" way add the plant based milk and mix.
Serve right away after together with the topping of your own choice and as I said to my mother when I gave this to her "frukosten är serverad" (the breakfast is served!)

I never get tired of this "yogurt", in this ones from the picture below I made a mangoe and bluberrie yogurt and also a raspberrie coconut yogurt.
